SERMAT designs and manufactures all types of electric motors and electromechanical systems to customer specifications:

• Electric motor and associated motor control electronics.
• Linear actuator, rotary actuator, linear cylinder actuator and motoreducer.
• DC electric motor and brushless motor control, position or speed control, sinusoidal control.
• DC motor, asynchronous motor, torque motor, motors with limited travel, stepper motor with variable reluctance and magnets, brushless motor, ‘ironless’ motor with very low detent torque, motor with brake, clutch, gearbox and tachometric generator, motor pump submersible.
• Electromagnet.
• Position sensors: RVDT, resolvers, tachometric generators.
• Alternator with permanent magnets or wound rotor, with or without built-in rectifier.
• Alternator and electric starter.
• Battery back-up and chargers.

• Power: from few watts to 70kwatts
• Voltage: 5 to 600 Vdc, 115 or 230 VAC
• Speed: small number of rpm to 60000rpm
• Torque: 10Nm to 200 Nm
• Integrated software: 115V / 400Hz for speed regulation and control (DO-178B)
• Produced quantities: small and medium series, some units per month to several hundreds per month.
